Refunds

New accounts include a 30-day free trial of Premium features. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep those features.

ABCChess Premium is sold as fixed-term access (for example Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). Prices are shown in INR at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A successful payment unlocks Premium features for the plan period on your account.

Coach referral discounts, when shown at checkout, apply to that payment only as displayed.

If you bought Premium by mistake or changed your mind, email support@abcchess.org within 7 days of payment with the account email and Razorpay payment id (from your receipt).

We will refund the amount paid for that order to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days after we confirm it, subject to Razorpay and your bank.

After a refund, Premium access on that order is cancelled.

Plans are generally non-refundable once the cooling-off window ends, because access was delivered digitally for the full term.

We still review goodwill cases for failed delivery (payment charged but Premium never unlocked), duplicate charges, or clear billing errors. Write to support with proof.

If you open a chargeback, contact us first so we can fix the issue faster. Confirmed fraud or abuse may lead to account suspension.

Email support@abcchess.org with subject "Refund request", your abcchess username or email, plan, payment date, and Razorpay payment id.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.
